Payment Spliting

I had installed WC Marketplace and Stripe Payment Gateway plugin.

My goal is to have 10% of commission pays towards the admin account and the rest pays to the vendor.

I have setup everything. Stripe Connects and Payment goes through perfectly.

My issue is that the full amount is paid towards ADMIN account in Stripe.
No disbursement was sent to the vendor despite

1.) I checked the HOURLY AUTO DISBURSEMENT option.
2.) Orders are auto-completed
3.) Orders are NOT shipped currently (Would that have an effect?)

What seems to be the problem?
