    I have a pending payment that is obviously just an abandoned cart as the person came back the next day and I have a completed payment from them. How should I mark the pending payment? Do I mark it failed, turned back, other or should I just delete it. Thanks.

    I’d probably just delete it. It’s really up to you, but while the tickets are sitting in the abandoned cart, they’re not available for purchase – whatever you do, you’ll want to be sure to return the tickets to the purchase pool. That happens when you delete the payment, but can also be done by checking the box to do so when you change the payment status.
