Payment Status changes after few minutes

    I set on the payment status that the payment ist pending. But after few minutes it changes to cancel …

    i use it for pick up on delivery so i have to be this status much longer …

    how to set up this?

    Hi Christoph,

    This might be happening because of the ‘Hold stock (minutes)’ option present in WooCommerce -> Settings ->Products -> Inventory tab. Screenshot for better understanding: https://prnt.sc/_vK6yXtJczxE

    How this option works?
    Hold stock (for unpaid orders) for x minutes. When this limit is reached, the pending order will be cancelled. Leave blank to disable.

    So, kindly leave this option to blank.
