Payment successful, but redirecting to www.mydomain,com/wc-api/RapidDive_WC_Gate

  • Hi, I am trying to set Barclaycard epdq up and have successfully navigated my way through the test environment, but now I am testing the live environment, payments go through okay, but Barclaycard redirects to https://www.mydomain,com/wc-api/RapidDive_WC_Gate rather than to a ‘thank you’ page and when I look in Dashboard>Woocommerce>Orders, it is showing as Pending Payment, even though the payment looked to be successful and is showing up in the Barclaycard epdq portal.

    Am I missing something glaringly obvious here or is there some setting that I have missed? Thanks in advance for any support someone can provide.

    By way of an update for anyone else that has this issue, I think I have resolved this, but setting the checkbox marked ‘I would like to receive transaction feedback parameters on the redirection URLs.’ on the Transaction Feedback page of the Technical Information page of the Barclaycard epdq dashboard..
