Payment successfully done but in the woocommerce order status is not updated

    I am using mdsdev plugin with woocommerce.
    After the checkout process user redirected to Worldpay.
    Payment is successfully done and user is again redirected to website.
    (I am using resultY.html and resultC.html)

    After the payment, order status in woocommerce is not updated and still showing “Pending Payment”.

    When I talked to Worldpay support, they told me there is some issue related to “Payment response url”.

    Note: In the Worldpay account I have added:
    Payment Response URL: <wpdisplay item=CM_payment_response_url>

    Kindly let me know what is the issue and where is the problem.

    Check again the documentation and make sure everything is correct.
    I hope your website is live, not on local host, and doesn’t have any plugins that block access to the urls, something like maintenance or coming soon.
    If the above things are not the problem then some of the plugins you use blocks worldpay from doing it’s job. Check your security plugin if you use one.

    Website is LIVE
    There is no plugin which block working on worldpay
    No maintenance or coming soon page

    I am using WordPress Optimizepress with woocommerce.
    Issue with Order status.

    Deactivate each plugin and test the payment to see which one is causing the problem and let me know. You showing me the list of your plugins doesn’t help me.

    Yes I deactivated all plugin and checked now.
    Now order status showing “Processing”

    nope, now I have activated all plugins one by one.
    Now its working fine and order status is updated correctly.

    Don’t know why earlier I am getting issue with order status.

    Can you please let me know how i can redirect user to woocommerce default thank you page?

    Hi, I am having the same issue – the website is live and no plugins are blocking the urls.
    Do you have a list of plugins that block this? or why is it happening?
