• Hi,

    I get an intermittent issue where sometimes customers go to checkout a product but the payment won’t go through and keeps looping them back to the ‘checkout page’. I have been getting lots of ‘Fatal Errors’ in the WooCommerce Status Logs. The last ‘Fatal Error’ log had a list of 34 Failed opening required… for various php files like…
    public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/lib/wfAdminNoticeQueue.php’

    wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/src/Internal/ProductDownloads/ApprovedDirectories/Register.php’

    etc etc

    I assume these errors have something to do with the checkout page not working properly sometimes

    The fastest way to address this would be to try reproducing the issue, preferably on a staging site using a sandbox account. If you’re able to recreate the issue, I suggest performing a full conflict test to help identify any theme or plugin-related conflicts. Here’s how:

    1. Temporarily activate the default theme, Storefront.
    2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments.
    3. Test the checkout process to see if the issue persists.

    If the issue resolves, re-enable each plugin one at a time to identify the source of the problem.
