    thank you for reaching out to us, we will try to help you get this resolved.
    We have seen this issue before; there are 2 instances where this can happen:
    1) The customer did not fill in all the details correctly.
    2) The customer address is located in a country where certain fields of the payment form are not mandatory (f.e. In Ireland they don’t have a mandatory postal code). The plugin is checking in the background if the postal code exists.

    If your issue is related to the 2nd option, we are still working on a fix and hope to get a solution for our next release. However, at this moment we can’t confirm the fix yet.
