    good morning, I installed the plugin, updated to the latest version 7.8.2 woocommerce and 2.1.0 paypal.
    When I press the paypal payment button, the payment window appears for 1 second and then disappears without being able to continue.
    How could I solve this problem?

    Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

    In this type of situation, we will always advise performing conflict testing, by default this behavior is not seen with our plugin, so we expect another plugin (or the theme) to be causing this with our plugin.

    We recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for?WooCommerce and?PayPal Payments to see if the behavior persists. Be sure to have a good backup available of your site, or using a staging site to do this test.

    hi thanks for your reply, i tried disabling all the plugins but the problem is not solved.
    I have the divi theme, what could it be else?

    Did you also try replacing the theme to see if that might be the case? Another thing you might want to try is to onboard a sandbox account and seeing if this would work, in order to verify an account issue.

    If that does not show any improvement, it might be good to provide the system report and logs to see if we can find any possible cause on those documents. You can find these documents here:
    – WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
    – WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments…” in the dropdown and click on view.
