Payment window not loading on mobile, just spins and spins

  • Hi,

    When clicking on the stripe pay now button on a mobile device, the stripe pop-up checkout payment window don’t appear, just get a constant spinning wheel. This happens on all mobile browsers.

    I use custom shortcode and not product shortcode.

    Works fine on desktop.

    I’m on version 2.0.39

    Hi, are you using a cache plugin in your site?

    I see the following error messages in the URL you shared above.

    Failed to set referrer policy: The value ” is not one of ‘no-referrer’, ‘no-referrer-when-downgrade’, ‘origin’, ‘origin-when-cross-origin’, ‘same-origin’, ‘strict-origin’, ‘strict-origin-when-cross-origin’, or ‘unsafe-url’. The referrer policy has been left unchanged.

    Thank you, yes I’m using SG Optimizer for SiteGround hosting provider and also W3 Total Cache.

    Have you excluded our plugin from getting cached? To test to see if my theory is correct, can you disable your cache plugin and then carry out a test. Let me know what happens.

    No I haven’t excluded the plugin from getting cached. I’ve disabled both cache plugin and tested also on a incognito window in mobile chrome, and problem still there.

    Hi, you might have to carry out a plugin/theme conflict test. This should reveal if a plugin or your theme is conflicting with our plugin.
