    Could you check it if in this moment an error appear in the WooCommerce log’s? You can check it in WooCommerce > Status > Logs > fatal-error logs.

    Is that happened also with other payment methods?

    Also check if you have run the last plugin update.

    no fatal-error logs appear in the woocommerce log –

    Has this also happened with other payment methods? I can’t tell you because we only have payments with PayPal (I can tell you that the last voucher purchased and successful was on 4/11/2024).

    In this order with problems I can add that the customer made a mistake in entering the email recipient of the voucher (he left a character) while the billing email was the same but entered correctly. However, even if you manually edit the email in the voucher panel and then click on send email, nothing happens.

    Yes, the plugin is always kept at the latest version like the theme, the WP core and the other plugins

    Hello there,

    Gift card sending issues are usually caused by a configuration issue on your site’s mail server.

    Please try installing an email logging plugin such as WP Mail Logging, try manually sending a gift card and check from the email plugin if anything appears.
