Payment with PayPal ok but the order remains awaiting payment

  • Hi, I have been using the free version for 4 years without problems, yesterday I realized that an order for a gift coupon was paid correctly with PayPal but the same order remains in the “awaiting payment” status and is then canceled due to time limits . I did a test myself and have the exact same problem.

    Hi there,
    we hope you’re doing well!

    No changes were made related to order processing in the free version of the plugin in the latest updates, so I recommend carrying out the following tests:

    • check if you find any errors related to our plugin in WooCommerce > Status > Logs (fatal errors or paypal logs).
    • update the plugin, WC and WP to the latest version.
    • change to a default WP theme like 2023.
    • Leave only WC and our plugin active, and activate your plugins in batches until you find the one that conflicts.
