  • Hello,

    I understand the CSRF?verification failed.

In case there is any caching plugin on your site, please deactivate it temporarily, to see if that helps. If the issue is not present after that, that means there is a conflict with the caching plugins. Be sure to exempt the Cart, Checkout and My Account pages from all site or server caching.

Also, please be sure your WooCommerce and Stripe plugins to be up-to-date: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-update-woocommerce/

If that doesn’t make a difference, the next step is to run a conflict test to help you find the cause of the issue: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

If these recommendations did not work for you, please share a copy of your System Status Report, found under WooCommerce > Status, on your site.

    Cheers!

    Hi,

I asked my hosting provider (Kinsta) to disable the cache from these pages. After three weeks, the problem appeared again in an order but we received 8 orders successfully before this one.

My plugins are up to date. I share the status report here: https://pastebin.com/NY64u4t4

    Thanks

    Hi @andreu

Thanks for sharing the requested information above.

Can you please check if there are any differences to this failed order among the 8 successful orders prior to this one? This might be helpful for our investigation.

Meanwhile, checking your site’s SSR, these are what I found:

    WC Version: 7.7.1
    WC Database Version: 7.0.1

Your WooCommerce database version does not match your core version. Please update your WooCommerce database by going to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Update Database

    Outdated Templates: ?

Please update outdated templates on your site by following our guide here: Fixing Outdated WooCommerce Templates

Once all of the above are updated, try to replicate the same failed order above using Stripe Test Mode and see if this works.

Otherwise, please provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Thanks!
