Payments Applied / Messages Sent to Wrong Purchasers

Had an instance today where one person’s payment was attributed to another’s submission and the person paying then received a confirmation message containing the other person’s information.

The second person (the person whose actual payment was processed) — their submitted information appears to have been lost in the ether.
