    Hi guys!

    I’m not sure if I did my Stripe integration correctly as I had it set to Strip (credit cards) on payments but have now changed it to the correct Stripe payment method on WooCommerce and have received my first payment through Stripe. I now have around 1.7k worth of orders “Processing” but I don’t know where that money is as it’s not showing in Stripe but I don’t know where it could have been sent to. Or is there a way of re-routing orders through to my stripe now it’s properly integrated.

    Hi there @quickstopf1 ,

    I checked the site’s Checkout page, and it does look like the Credit Card field is for the Stripe plugin.

    When you connected your Stripe account, you would have had to enter your Stripe account information. Can you sign in to the Stripe platform to check on the transactions to see if there are there?

    As for the Stripe Payout, you would need to make sure to enter your bank information on the Stripe platform: https://stripe.com/docs/payouts

    If you are unsure, please reach out to Stripe support team about payout for your account to seek further assistance.

    If there are any issues such as you see orders on WooCommerce but you do not see them on Stripe account, then please reach out to us by creating a support ticket from this page: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

    Hi there!

    I’ve changed it now to Stripe under the label “Stripe Card Processing – Credit Card (Stripe)”. Under this setting, with my account seemingly connected to Stripe I was able to take £1.7k of orders. I thought they were going to my Stripe but they were not. Under this setting I did not click “enable stripe gateway”, is that why it didn’t go through?

    I then changed it to this under payments “Stripe – Credit Card (Stripe)” and payments started to go through to my Stripe.

    When I look on Orders, it says they are processed by visa/mastercard etc but I have no access to these funds anywhere. Do you know where this could be? I need access to these funds desperately but they just seem to have disappeared and I have done everything I can to find them.

    Stripe say it is on the WooCommerce side. I really need to know where this money has gone. It has left people’s accounts and I have paid for stock but I can’t access the money. Where would money have gone in these circumstances?
