    Hi all,

until I entered no value in WoCommerce-settings-advanced-terms and conditions page
    everything was working fine.
A “first-rescue” should be erasing that field turning it to blank.

Payments stopped working when I assigned a page. I tried to delete the page assignment but the value remained in the DB (I do not know what record it is).
On the same day the WooCommerce PDF plugin was added. Invoices Italian Add-on: I deactivated it immediately when I see the error but it is not working at all.

    What can I do?

I forgot to say the checkout page always gives an error signed up in the page but i don’t see the error code or cause. I presume it is the “please accept sale conditions and terms before to go on”

    Wordpress version: 4.9.9. Woocommerce: 3.5.2 PHP: 7.5.2

Please, it is quite urgent because all payments aren’t working, everything blocked here.
I connect the email and I will promptly answer to every request

    Thanks for help! ??

From what you mention, it sounds like you may be dealing with a conflict on the site, so that’s the first thing I’d recommend you to verify or rule out.

    Here’s what I’d suggest:

    1. Switch the theme to the free Storefront theme, and check if the issue persists.

    2. Deactivate all the plugins except for WooCommerce and check if the issue persists, if the issue is resolved then please move on to the next step.

    3. Activate each plugin one by one while testing for the issue, until you find the one that is causing the checkout page to keep loading indefinitely .

If you do not want to perform these steps on the live site then you can create a staging site which is a clone of your live site, you can create it using WP-Staging. This plugin lets you copy and redeploy a WordPress site with minimal work.

    Hopefully this helps!

    Thanks Fernando for your help,

I already tried deactivating all the plugins but it doesn’t works ?? (I used 2017 theme if I don’t remember so bad)

I think and I presume a wrong data has been wrote in DB when I added the sale condition’s page.
I think there are two ways:
    1. working on DB and looking for the wrong record (I don’t know which is the field, I need help detecting it), put it to blank and trying a test
    2. disabling that function for the sale condition (temporarily maybe) and give it a solution

The second possibility is the fastest one: how to disable that flag for the sale condition? (I can code in PHP but I need the help, of course)

Thanks thanks in advance for the kind help ??

Just an update about the point 1: I tried to change the value, the page of the sale conditions and terms but i don’t have a good result, the error is always there
The function of the button “make order” is not working properly (and I don’t know why)

All other payments (PayPal, Nexi Xpay and one more) are working and the user get sent to the payment platform
When PayPal or others are selected as method of payment the accepting of terms and conditions is not requested and message not displayed (correctly)

I tried the test with Wp-Staging. I disabled all the plugins except woocommerce and I still having the same issue. I also disabled all the payment method and nothing changes there.

I have to say the payment by bank transfer was perfectly working till few days ago. The only thing got changed is the terms and conditions page which i gave for the first time, in advanced settings of woocommerce.

    Help, I need heeelp ??

    Hi @primaryroot

I just wanted to follow-up with you on the problem you had reported to us, in here.

You said that the problem started happening after you set the Terms and Conditions page. Does removing that setting resolve the problem?

If the problem still persists, we would like to dig deeper to see what’s going on. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply to this message.

    Hey Hari

Removing the setting didn’t solve the issue. At the begin I thought to change the value in DB manually but I didn’t do it.
I tried to work on cloned website through Wp-Staging and….

I see the problem is in TrackingMore Parcel Tracking on WooCommerce plugin. Of course I tried deactivation of all the plugins at the begin but i didn’t get a result. After deleting all the plugins one by one and installing them again one by one I had the result.
Everything go back working smoothly when I deactivated that plugin

If you still need the System Status I will be glad to send you here

Glad to hear that you were able to get that resolved! Sometimes, third party plugins like these might result in troubles.

In any case, if the problem comes back, feel free to reach out to us here. We’d be happy to help!
