    I just found a serious problem, when customers order through the PayPal button in the braintree form, the payments were completed but the Orders are still marked as Pending Payment in WooCommerce..

    I didn’t know until a customer just emailed me, and I find several orders are in Pending Payment too but they’re confirmed as completed in PayPal & Braintree..

    Using version 1.4.5…
    WooCommerce 3.0.8

    Please verify they are indeed coming in as Pending, and not Processing..??

    they’re marked as Pending Payments in WooCommerce, but completed in PayPal

    Hmmm…okay, thanks. We’ll add this issue to our GitHub repo so that we can attempt to reproduce it and make necessary adjustments to fix it. I’ll be sure to update you here as soon as that particular issue is done so you can grab the update early if you don’t want to wait on the official release.

    hi, any update about this issue? now i have to manually login to paypal frequently to check whether the pending payment is actually paid or not.. and customers cannot receive confirmation mails immediately after paid, only after I manually click the ‘processing’ button on every order…

    In our testing the payments are coming through as Processing, which is the standard WooCommerce behavior. Do you have any other plugins installed that could be doing anything with order status in WC by chance?

    coming through as processing is correct but now they’re coming as ‘Pending Payment’ even the payment is completed. As said, it only happens when the customer paid with the PAYPAL BUTTON within the braintree form

    Okay, thanks for verifying. We’ll dig into this and see what we can figure out. I’ll update you here when we have info.

    Sorry for the delay on this, but we have made some adjustments that resolve this issue per our in-house testing. We will be releasing a 1.4.6.3 update soon that includes this fix.
