• When a payment is sent I can see it on the blockchain but the plugin does not recognise it at all.

    If I deactivate, then reactivate the plugin, it will send me the “payment received email, but it does not email the customer or mark the payment as “processing”.
    I am using the most recent version of BP for WC, WP 4.4.2, the most recent WC version. I get about 2-4 orders per week and none of them work.

    Please let me know what other details you need.

  • unfortunately this plugin is not up to date with block explorers and standard woocommerce cron jobs.

    ud basically have to figure out what block explorer works for ur setup and then customize the code of the plugin to call on that blockexplorers api to do the confirms. i tried doing it but was never successful about a year ago. its not impossible just not really worth the effort to keep chasing the blockexplorers as they seem to just break again a few months later.

    Cryptowoo plugin is the only real option out there.

    I keep hoping that this plugin will be set straight again as its nice to have multiple middleman-less projects but this plugin keeps on being a crap shoot at best.

    check out cryptowoo for something that is actively developed and actually works. plus has a whole bunch of additional features that are obvious pluses.

    Now that I am using a hard cron I am not having this issue and the plugin works perfectly
