    Hello there,

    I can see that the affiliate cookie is generated correctly, so the problem may be due to the configuration. Do you have the cookie expiration function activated? If so, I recommend a time greater than 5 minutes.

    If not, it may be due to a conflict with another plugin or your theme, so I recommend performing the following tests:

    • update the plugin, WC and WP to the latest version.
    • change to a default WP theme like 2024.
    • Leave only WC and our plugin active, and activate your plugins in batches until you find the one that conflicts.
