In this topic, we can resolve PayPal Standard if that’s the payment gateway you’re using for PayPal. Once that’s resolved, you can create a new post in the Stripe forums for help with the Stripe payment gateway.

Regarding PayPal, can you please also confirm that you’ve followed the instructions in https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-standard/

Dear support, I am also facing the same issue using Stripe payment. Item fields are not showing up on Order after the upgrade.

It looks like you are using 2 plugins to do this, one is PayPal Checkout, and the other Stripe.

It sounds like they are related, and it’s a JavaScript error. This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

If this does not help, please open a forum request for those plugins in the forums for the plugins themselves.

Thanks for your help everybody. I deactivated all the plugins and switched to twenty-something theme. Then I reactivated the plugins one by one. The issue was caused by an old release of Eventer, a plugin that I haven’t updated for a while. As soon as I updated it the error in Woocommerce was gone and everything was just fine.
