Payments made, still marked as pending in Woocommerce

    Hello,

    I have a shop that marks payments as pending but the payments have been successfully made. It happens with Paypal and with card and since I did an update of the plugins and WordPress, I don’t know if anything has been deconfigured.

    Customers do not receive a confirmation email, nor do we, the purchase is as pending in WooCommerce but the payment is made.

    I would appreciate the help, you know that the problems with the shops are always urgent ??

    WordPress 5.6
    WooCommerce 4.8.0

    Hi @tamarazambrana –

    Is the payment actually in the Payment Pending status or is the order in Processing status?

    It could be that something is not set up correctly for PayPal to return a successful payment notification to your WooCommerce store. Specifically, I’m thinking of the IPN settings in PayPal. Here’s our documentation on that.

    Doh! Sorry, I read “Payments” as PayPal in the post title. ??

    What plugin are you using for processing card payments?
