Payments not coming through to Authorize.net??

    Plugin set to live mode for authorize.net using a valid API and Trx Key and the merchant account is also set to producion/live status. The site is encrypted with SSL.

    On making a payment, get the Thank You page and the donation shows in the Donation List with payment status “Complete”. The donor gets their thank-you email.

    However, the transaction does not show up in authorize.net merchant account, nor is the money charged to the donors credit card.

    Since there is no debugger, I can’t tell you more. Are charges going through as pre-authorization only, perhaps?

    It’s a very nice, simple plugin so hope things can be fixed!

    Thank you for using this plugin.

    I’ve tested this plugin with live mode and it was working fine for me. It should also work for you with the setup you made for live with live mode and API details.

    For Auth.Net payment you are getting Thank you message it means the payment process must be completed successfully. Because I’ve coded in a way where if and only if Auth.Net provide approval it will show thank you message otherwise it will show error message. (It works on with AIM method)

    It will be really helpful if you can post details including:
    – In database the table should be created with name like “wpprefix_church_donation_settings”. Can you please check that “payment_method” column value is AIM?

    – At admin area “Auth.Net Settings” page the checkbox is unchecked to enable live mode.

    – There is one text file named “authorize_net_request_log.txt” to store all the Auth.Net response. It will be in plugins root directory. Can you please look into it and see what response received from Auth.Net

    So sorry! Everything does seem to be working okay! The transactions were not posted on authorize or the paying credit card until today.

    So my apologies and thank you for your reply. It is useful to know about the Authorize request log.

    THANKS again for excellent little plugin.

    PS – It would be very nice to have an admin function also for form field labels.

    No this plugin does not support Paypal payment gateway. It only offers payment processing with Authorize.net.
