Payments not going through

  • We purchased the pro version of this plugin and unfortunately we have not been able to successfully make any test payments. We’ve tried placing an order by check as well as through a PayPal Sandbox account but no luck. After placing orders we did not see a status change on the campaign/product. The orders did successfully go through in Woocommerce.

    Here are things we’ve tried:
    – After making a payment, We forced a an updated on the plugin for Product Data, still no change.

    – We added “On Hold” order status to calculations, forced a product data update. No changes

    – We also tried changing the order status to Complete and forced a product data update, no change.

    Any help would be appreciated!
