    We’ve been using a First Data Payeezy plugin with no problem for awhile now. After upgrading to 3.0.7, we are now getting errors on all our payments on checkout. But then in the backend they are showing as Pending.

    The error we get is:

    Payment error: Server Error. Please contact Support. (52) – Terminal not Activated

    We’ve contact Payeezy and they’ve stated that everything is fine on their end. So something within WooCommerce’s code has now conflicted with the payments. We tried reverting back to a previous version of WooCommerce but get the same error because the database was probably updated during 3.0.7.

    I’ve contact the Payeezy Plugin Author, but figured this would be a good avenue to try as well. Please advise.

    Indicates a gateway specific issue, and since other gateways are not affected (?) it could be a Payeezy plugin issue.

    There was a minor change in .7 to avoid hidden fields being ‘restored’ on checkout -maybe see if the Payeezy gateway plugin is aware and if this is problematic they can contact us.

    Are you seeing the transaction attempt in Payeezy? Contact Payeezy support again. Call them on the phone, 855-448-3493. Choose the option for web services. Tell them you want to test your credentials. While you are on the phone with them, email [email protected] with the following pieces of information you have entered in WooCommerce:

    Gateway ID
    Password (for the terminal)
    Key ID
    Hmac key

    They can then test these credentials to make sure they are correct. Normally when you get an error stating the terminal is not activated, the terminal has been deactivated by Payeezy. If they said everything looks fine, that would indicate that’s not it. Have them test your credentials to make sure.
