Payments only listed as Monthly, regardless of payment period setting

Hello! Haven’t been able to find a solution so far: All results are labeled “monthly” regardless of the user selected payment period. Is this a bug or am I just missing a setting somewhere? (I saw someone else with this same problem here, but it was not resolved https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/results-only-getting-monthly-payment/). Any help greatly appreciated! Thanks!
