    I have received some randon orders with no user inforntation, this orders were actually paid but no information was stored in woocommerce, thus I caanot send the product to the customer. I have some of this kind or empty orders. I checked in the payment gateway report and no user information were sent either

    I searched for fatal errors on specific the date of he empty order and didn’t find any. Would it be of any use the fatal error logs of other days?

    In addition, while working through the status report you shared, I wanted to follow up on the following:

    • The plugin Code Snippets is installed – Can you share a screenshot of the snippets you have enabled on your store?
    • Did you have classic or block checkout enabled at the time of the order?
    • Is this something that you can replicate yourself while working through a test checkout?
    • Were there any changes to the site at the time this started happening?

    We have not been able to replicate de issue, we have satging copy of our store to test but we have not been able to replicate it

    No, since it is a productive site with thousands of orders we have not made any changes

    As an example we have an interesting case:
    A customer sent us a screenshot of the order confirmation she received after completing checkout. Her order apperas blank in woocommerce but somehow she received this email,. therfore her address was stored somewhere!

    Is there any part or wordpress where we can find this order information besides the Orders section of Woocommerce?? Now we have plenty of blank orders stacking up.

    To clarify, were any of the correct orders that were created after the issue also paid via Mercado Pago?
    Additionally, do you notice any patterns of repeat customers for these problematic orders?

    All orders should be visible in the WooCommerce Orders section. However, as an alternative, you can try exporting all orders into a CSV file and manually verifying the data to ensure no information is being overlooked. You may use this 3rd party plugin to export orders into a CSV file.

    Could you also let us know how many blank orders have stacked up so far? Are all of these orders using the Mercado Pago payment method, or are there any with different payment gateways?

    Once we have more information, we’ll be in a better position to investigate and identify the root cause.

    Hello thanks for your reply.

    I have done as you adviced and noticed that after filtering, the processed orders with no data or shipping data missing are quite a few, around 20. Though the mercado pago reports show they have a lot more blank orders. I guess that is also a Mercado pago plugin problem

    All orders in our store are payed using Mercado Pago.

    Update: While comparin Mercado pago reports, we found that a specific customer bought 4 products. This orders were 2 units of 2 different items (total 4). We have use a plugin to restrict each cart to one item That is why they had to be 4 orders. But we found out that the mercado pago report shows only 2 order numbres, each with 2 payments approved, instead of 4 orders and 4 payments.

    How come we have to payments reference linked to the same order?? and how can we prevent this from happening again. We did not know this happened until customer contacted us sayin she had received inly 2 orders instead of 4
