    Dear Support Team,

    today we are facing an issue with a customer who tried to pay two times with credit card and then switched to PayPal so he could finally successfully complete his purchase.

    We are facing two problems now:

    1. All three tries (2 declined and one successful) appeared in Stripe while the third try was done with PayPal (where it also showed up). The last try shouldn’t have appeared here.
    2. All three tries show up as successful in Stripe while the first two should have been marked as failed.

    Can you please assist me on this?

    This is definitely unusual, and doesn’t sound like something we’d expect to see with a declined card.
