Payments Won’t Go Through – Constant Wheel Spin

    I have connected to my Square account. When I go to submit a payment, it won’t go through, it’s just a constant wheel spin. I checked the console and I’m getting this error:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 () https://connect.squareupsandbox.com/v2/analytics/verifications

    I enabled debugging mode and tried to get logs as well. I have also tried to use test sandbox accounts too.

    I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing with WooCommerce Square!

    I enabled debugging mode and tried to get logs as well. I have also tried to use test sandbox accounts too.

    Can you please share these logs with us here so that we can see if there is anything pointing toward the cause of the issue? You can find these via WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.

    Additionally, can you please share a copy of your sites System Status Report. You can find this via?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for Support.
