Paymill and Theme Plugin conflicts

Hi Support team,
Tried to use this Paymill plugin but it conflicts with Yootheme WordPress theme.
Theme styles and widgets do not work after activating the plugin.
Deactivating is solving the problem.Any ideas or solution?
