paypal abandoned cart email problem

Hi!
when a customer abandons a cart on paypal, they receive an email that says “Want to complete your PayPal payment? It then provides a link for the customer to return to his/her cart.Right now, mine is set up so that when the user clicks the link, they end up on a weird page that doesn’t really exist (https://solarcatusa.com/cart/?woo-paypal-cancel=…..)
Does anyone know how to fix this, so that the customer actually ends up back in the cart?
