There could be two workarounds here.

One is to set a pre-selected option for the radio field that sets the calculation price. This way the value won’t be 0 at any time.

Another workaround would be to “translate” this error message as there isn’t any direct option to edit it in the field settings. For translating Forminator, or anything else in your setup, you can also use Branda which provides a Text Replacement module.

@wpmudev-support6 thank you for your reply! For the first option setting a pre-selected option, how does this work if I have multiple price points? There are 3 different prices depending on which product they want, so is there still a way of doing it like this?

Yes, the only difference is that you will have a pre-selected service:

But then your customers can select a different option to switch to another option.
