    The PayPal donations account was created as instructed. The Credit Card fields dont even load correctly, instead they are large boxes that wont let you type in them. The customers site has needed to go live for WEEKS. Is there a fix for this or do I need to move on to a better solution? PLEASE HELP.

    This is using the demo theme as packaged, no additional plugins. If you click on the credit card option and it reloads the page, then click back to paypal, the credit card boxes go back to rounded border field entry boxes that will take text input. Ive found info on loading scripts in the footer may help, tried that and it ALSO does not fix the issue.

I’ve also linked your ticket internally, so when the issue is resolved we can reach back out to update you. We’ll either have a resolution for you, or we’ll know more about what our developers need to do to fix the issue.

    As a workaround, we are recommending that users display the whole form, and not use button/modal/reveal options for the PayPal Donations menus.

    Since January 2022… almost 9 months.. This isn’t getting fixed is it?

    Hi, @westshoreweb.

    Our team is reviewing it to see when a fix for it can be provided. Issues like this that are not preventing donations or have a simple workaround are generally prioritized at the end of a development cycle and then tested and released.

    I’ll talk to the dev team to discuss if we can include it in the development cycle.
