Paypal button won’t enable on form

    Just trying this plugin for the 1st time. All I’ve done on the setup is set an email address for the account, then created a form and tried to enable the paypal button. When I refresh the form page the box is unchecked and no paypal button is displayed on the form. What am I missing?
