Paypal Buttons do not Show up on webpage

I have upgraded to the WordPress Simple Paypal Shopping Cart V3.5. I have updated my WordPress to v3.5. I have installed new bottons and added the view your cart feature from paypal. I can see it in the edit screen, but when previewed it does not show up.
