    Hi,
My paypal buttons aren’t showing in the Safari browser when
Deaktivate IP tracking in the settings is activated.

I think, it’s mny cookie tool “real cookie banner”
Can i do something to resolve the problem?

    Thank you
    Tobias

    Hello @3dtobias

Regarding the Real Cookie Banner, it’s not uncommon for cookie management tools to interfere/block our JavaScript scripts. Although I cannot confirm this without further details as the URL of your site, a good initial step would be to check if disabling this plugin resolves the issue.

I’ve noticed your post on a different topic related to a similar problem with the Safari browser. As I mentioned there, one potential workaround is to disable the PayPal Smart Buttons on the Checkout page. While this is not an ideal solution, it can help mitigate the problem. Disabling these buttons will make the PayPal Payments function similarly to the older PayPal Standard integration. You can find detailed instructions on how to disable the Checkout Smart Buttons here: Disable Checkout Smart Buttons. To implement these filters, you can use the Code Snippets plugin.

    Kind Regards,

    Krystian
