    I had PayPal Card Processing somehow disabled and when I try reenable it keeps turning off. I’m still setting up the shop but I see this error message on the onboarding “Credit Card processing for your account has not yet been activated by PayPal. If your account is new, this can take some days. Otherwise, please get in contact with PayPal.” This showed up after I tried to do a test on the PayPal Checkout and it asked me to sign in, it made me create a login under the test and then sent an email to me but I’m currently stuck and can’t find out how to reactivate the credit card payments.

    Hi @shuangmiles,

    The PayPal Card Processing can only be enabled when your account has been enabled for advanced card payments.
    When the PayPal account is not enabled for it, you can only receive card payments with the default black credit card smart button: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/#paypal-card-processing-acdc
    The signup for advanced card payments can be done from the onboarding wizard or the big blue button in the linked documentation.

    I was able to have it active in sandbox mode but in sandbox mode in my checkout page I don’t see the option for the pay by credit card option anymore? Am I missing something?

    Hi @shuangmiles,

    As mentioned in the documentation linked above, when the PayPal Card Processing is enabled in the plugin, the default black credit card button will be automatically hidden in favor of a separate gateway for cards only.
    When the PayPal Card Processing is disabled, the black button will return to the regular PayPal gateway.
    So you can decide between standard card payments with the black button or advanced card payments with the PayPal Card Processing.
