The checkout was working fine before, however now no user can see the buy button at checkout. The PayPal button just shows a loading spinner but wont update.

I’ve tried reconnecting the paypal account & reinstalling the plugin, but nothing works. (It is in sandbox mode btw)

There are no error console logs when I inspect either.

I would really appreciate any help!

EDIT: It turns out it only stopped working on my desktop, but still works on my laptop. Not sure why though, same browser, no vpn or adblockers.

    Hello @luk3v

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

This loading animation is shown when a JavaScript is, replacing the original WooCommerce button with the generic PayPal button(s) in the iFrame that displays the payment options our plugin contains. Sometimes this occurs when the browser (or its settings) are set up to not allow JavaScript to be run.

If this works on one system and not on the other, I will not think there is much you can from the plugin’s side. Maybe you should try using another browser on your desktop and see if that makes a difference? If you see that makes a difference, I would like to hear what browser you were using, so I can try to test the same here (I would also like to get the URL of your site, so I can test this on both your site and my own testing environment).

If you don’t feel comfortable sharing those details on a public forum, please open a ticket with our service desk. You can find the instruction for this here: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
(please add the URL of this thread in the ticket as well)

    Kind regards,
    Joost
