Paypal checkout express invalid payment method

  • Hi,

    I have a problem regarding my express checkout, everything seems right, but it says that i have an invalid payment method, and if i didnt enable checkout review, it shows this error: “10413 – The totals of the cart item amounts do not match order amounts.”

    How do i fix it?

    Really need it to be fixed asap. I’ve also sent a ticket, here is my ticket number: #250141

    @emersonandree, For the other user it was a potential conflict coming from one of their installed plugins. So as basic step of debugging the issue , I would go by deactivating extra plugins and see if that goes well? Then enable them one by one to catch the culprit.

    I solved using your solution. the problem and now he refuses my cards … is there any config yet I need to do?

    @emersonandree, so what error you are getting and which gateway? are you working on sandbox mode? If so then can you provide your site URL so that I can have a look and see whats going on there?

    in the sandbox everything worked, then put into production and paypal rejects my cards … I got in touch with paypal and according to them the problem and with their gatway .. they asked me to 10 days to correct

    I have same problem.
    It works fine in sandbox mode but after change to LIVE mode the customer can not pay.

    @evitcepsrep, are you getting the 10413 error or something else? Do you have logging enabled so we can review the log file?
