    Hello everyone,
I have a problem with the plugin PayPal Checkout. When i add a item to my cart i can process payment from the cart page (I activate the option in plugin settings) but when i go to the validation page (Checkout) i got this errors in my console :

    – Cannot execute “postMessage” on “DOMWindow”: the target origin provided (“https://www.shopyaa.com”) does not correspond to the origin of the recipient’s window (“https: // www. paypal.com ”).
    – unhandled_error
Object { err: “No ack for postMessage getPrerenderDetails() in https://www.paypal.com in 10000ms\ne/</w<@https://www.paypal.com/sdk/js?client-id=…………..
    – Error: No ack for postMessage getPrerenderDetails() in https://www.paypal.com in 10000ms

This errors didn’t appear in the cart page. I remove and installed again the plugin and i tested so many stuffs but still didn’t work. I installed also this morning an update for this plugin but still have the same issue.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hey @elmoho !

Typically issues like this are caused by either a conflict with your theme or another plugin. How we usually address this type of issue is to have you temporarily switch back to the Storefront – https://woocommerce.com/products/storefront/ theme and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce (and the trouble plugin). You can do this manually from your WP-ADMIN ? Plugin area, or by using a tool like Health Check – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/. If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict.

Health Check – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ is a tool that can be useful for debugging, though it requires an official default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty – https://www.ads-software.com/themes/twentytwenty/. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re logged in to that session without affecting normal visitors to your site. For more details, see our Health Check doc.

Let me know how that works out for you!

    Hello @arcangelini,
I followed the step that you gave me and I found the plugin who interferes whit the PayPal Checkout: “WP Social”.
I simply delete the plugin and the checkout button work perfectly.
    Thanks for your help.

Just ran into this very issue. Would like to second “WP Social” as the conflict.
