    Hi!

    I’m having the same issue as reported by another user about 2 weeks ago. Members used to have no issues checking out with PayPal and now it’s no longer working. I get the same PayPal message as this person also did: “Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later”. I have changed nothing to the settings – everything was working fine before. Was a solution found?

    Hi @mclement76,

    This error message might occur for different reasons (so for each user the issue might be different):

    1. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Paid Member Subscriptions (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?

    I’ve registered a user on your site named “TestCozmoslabs2”

    2. For this specific user (“TestCozmoslabs2”) could you please go to the WordPress Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Members page, hover your mouse cursor over this member (TestCozmoslabs2), and click on the Edit Member link that appears? Once you are on the Edit Member page click on the “Edit” button from the Subscription tab and please take a screenshot of the Subscription Logs.

    3. For this specific user (“TestCozmoslabs2”) could you please go to the Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Payments page, hover your mouse cursor over the payment made by this user and click the Edit Payment link that appears? Once you are on the Edit Payment page please take a screenshot of the Payment Logs.

    Inside the payments logs I see you get a IPN message. Just to be sure:

    1. Please check that your PayPal account is still a Business account (and not Personal)

    2. If your PayPal account is a Business account, then please make sure (double check) that you have all the correct PayPal Credentials added to your site (as explained?here).

    3. Please make sure the IPN is set up correctly. As explained here.

    4. Also, from your PayPal Business account please check if the “Encrypted website payments” setting is turned OFF. You can read more about this?here.

    After you’ve verified all the above information please do another test and check if you still encounter this issue.
