    I don’t think that is related to the plugin. Please try to disable all plugins except WooCommerce and Weight Based Shipping and see if that happens.

    Did deactivated all the other plugin, but it is still the same

    Sorry for delay.

    What happens if you disable Weight Based Shipping plugin? I think “postage and packaging” line will not disappear. Maybe this comes from your PayPal merchant account settings?
