Paypal credit card error

    Hello,

    We are getting this error when we have selected “checkout with a credit card here” and we are used gateway “Paypal websites payments pro”.

    “A partial payment was made that we could not refund. Please contact the site owner immediately to correct this”

    Please check and give your solutions.Please its urgent so as soon as possible give your reply.

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro, I’m really sorry for the issue you are facing.

    Does this issue only occur on certain membership levels or for all levels?

    Would you mind ensuring that your PayPal account is fully verified and that you have recurring payments enabled?

    We have facing this issue in all membership levels. We have also verified pay pal account but all is set perfect. Please check as soon as possible this issue stuck very badly. and this error occuer only when we have used to “payment with credit card” type.

    Please can you ensure that you have recurring subscriptions enabled within PayPal?

    This is usually the most common issue regarding this error.
