    Having some glitches with paypal checkout gateway. I tried running updates clearing cache and cleaning databases.

    Our customers can choose either paypal checkout or debit/credit card checkout. when they choose debit/credit card from for example Edge browser, the fields won’t display, just a wheel and note at bottom of browser says waiting on Paypal.com.

    Hi there,

    Usually, this issue is caused by a theme or plugin conflicting with WooCommerce and PayPal. To test, first, you’ll want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then test. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you. If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Checkout, and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one to see where the issue is coming from. If you don’t want to test on your live site, then create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging.

    I tried both switching the theme to storefront and disabling all of the plugins but woocommerce and the paypal checkout plugin and still get a wheel and waiting on paypal in edge. Also, this seems to be intermittent in Safari for me and works for me in chrome but not someone else.

    Also this mostly happens on the actual checkout page in chrome/safari but not when selecting credit/card debit in the cart. Edge doesnt seem to ever work either way.
