Paypal Description Shows blank bubble

The reason you’re seeing that bubble is because your theme is adding margin and padding to the container which overrides the plugin’s css. If you add the following CSS to your WordPress site the bubble will not appear.

ul.payment_methods li.payment_method_braintree_paypal.no-description .payment_box:not(.has-methods){
    margin-bottom: 0px !important;
    padding: 0px !important;
}

I also noticed you are at version 3.2.7. The current plugin version is 3.2.11 so I recommend upgrading when you get a chance.
