PayPal doesn’t register accounts

Hello,
When someone places an order on this plugin, the user details are not sent back to WooCommerce and hence the order is placed as a guest – even though we have the option checked to stop guest checkouts.
This is serious issue for us because it prevents the user from being ported into our CRM and hence we are unable to provide them with an automatic sequence.
Link to previous thread was marked as ‘Resolved’ for the same issue however the problem persists.
