Paypal double the options on checout page

  • In checkout page, after customer have chosen the options, if he tries to pay with paypal, the options sum up again on the paypal page so for example if product is 1000+ 400 options= 1400. Paypal read this as 1800, so it sums 1400 + again 400 options. How can I solve?

    Hi @gearzonepluginop ,

    Maybe our plugin is not compatible with the PayPal checkout plugin on your site. You can check by deactivating the PayPal plugin the check the prices on the cart page of the options.

    We have received some reports before but our developers haven’t found a solid solution to this yet. Unfortunately, I cannot provide you with any further hints for this issue.
