Have you checked if there was a trailing space or any other character that you might have accidentally copied and pasted into the paypal address field?

You should follow the steps explained at https://www.wplab.com/plugins/wp-lister/faq/#Debugging to send an example log record to support – then I’ll be able to see exactly what was send to eBay and should be able to identify the cause.

Alternatively you can use the contact form on wplab.com to contact me directly – you might not want to post private details like your email address on this forum and I might have to ask for login details to your site with should never be posted in any forum…

    kind regards,

    Matt

    Hi Cody,

thanks for the log record. You entered atazataya as your PayPal email address – but atazataya is not an email address.

You need to use the email address which you use to log in on paypal.com – not your ebay account name.

    kind regards,

    Matt

    Hi Cody,

sorry, now I see the problem… the PayPal address field you’re looking for is at WP-Lister -> Settings in the right sidebar.

Shouldn’t be difficult to find, but I understand the confusion when you were checking the WooCommerce payment gateway options all the time… which are not related to WP-Lister in any way, just like shipping for ebay listings is completely independend of WooCommerce shipping methods as well.

    kind regards,

    Matt

    it was under

wp-lister > setting > bottom right hand side in ” paypal” box

“paypal account” should be renamed “paypal acount email” or be populated from woocommer, it is redundant
