PayPal Email Notification Missing Shipping Method

With in the last week, the emails coming back from PayPal are missing the shipping method details.

They used to look like this > https://goo.gl/7xhXNY

Now they are missing the area in the red square. This is creating issues with our workflow and slowing down production.
