Paypal email unavailable

When looking at the screenshot provided in the plugin page I noticed that both the email box and the description field were not present in my active plugin?

Thanks for tipping me off! My first plugin and something got screwed up during the release. It should be fixed now.

I am having this same problem now. I just installed and activated the plugin and there is no box to enter the paypal username like shown in the screenshot. It looks like this problem is not solved. Can you please help. I like this plugin and really want to use it. Thanks.
