I see what you mean however just to narrow down the problem and help us debug the issue is it possible to try the following temporarily:

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems

also, this might be fixed with the latest EMpro version.

I’ve deactivated all plugins and used default theme the error still occurs.

Are you running any custom code related to Events Manager or EM Pro?

    Thread Starter EnrichIT

    (@enrichltd)

Thanks for the help, no, there is no custom code related to the plugins.

Are the currency, thousands separator and decimal point settings correct under Events > Settings > Bookings > Pricing Options?

    Thread Starter EnrichIT

    (@enrichltd)

They have not changed since setup.

thousands is comma , and decimal is period .

I’ve tried variations, differing currencies, none work.

Has the PayPal account been changed in some way?

    No, nothing has been changed.

Are you using Multiple Booking Mode?

    Thread Starter EnrichIT

    (@enrichltd)

Thanks for the continued support. Where will I find Multiple Booking Mode?

If you mean double bookings then – no
If you mean in ticket options: Single ticket – no

I can’t find anywhere that has a title Multiple bookings mode.

The last successful transaction was a refund on the 15 Dec 2014, the amount states GBP -26.00

There were no changes to the site setup or configuration other than core / plugin updates.

Multiple Bookings Mode should be under Events > Settings > Bookings.

Given your Pro version is so old, it could be it dates from before the introduction of that feature.

Can you link to a screenshot of Events > Settings > Bookings > Pricing Options?

    Here you go.

I’ve been trying figure out the url being sent to paypal via the gateway php and js. Is there a dev option I can turn on to print out what’s being passed before it gets to paypal?

If you use the right-click Inspect Element option in your browser, then switch to the Network tab and click the submit button, you should be able to click the resource after it’s loaded and see the output.
