I am getting the below error message, is there anybody that might be able to help with this?

    Your purchase couldn’t be completed
There’s a problem with the merchant’s PayPal account. Please try again later.

I don’t see a way to plug in the paypal API into the Event Registration plugin, nor any account information being needed. All I see is a drop down box for paypal and then return URL and logo URL information. Should there be more options when I choose paypal?

    Thanks for any help.

Figured it out. The paypal email must be put into the field labeled “Online Payment ID” This is very confusing.

I hope this helps others in the future.

We are happy to consider another alternative to name the field you put your payment id into, any suggestions?

Glad to have found this posting. I am attempting to troubleshoot PayPal issues.

I thought the Online Payment ID would be PayPal Merchant ID. I did try switch to the email address used for PayPal. Now I get a different error than before.

Sorry — your last action could not be completed
If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes.

If you came to this page from another website, please return to that site (don’t use your browser’s Back button) and restart your activity.

If you came from PayPal’s website, click the PayPal logo in the upper-left corner to return to our home page and restart your activity. You might have to log in again.

    Suggestions?

    Thanks…fred
